Hi, I’m Jenny—and I’m here to help you pass the CCNA exam with confidence.

I’ve spent over a decade teaching IT, networking, and cybersecurity to adult learners, career switchers, and aspiring engineers. I’m the instructor behind the LinkedIn Learning course “Cisco Certifications: First Steps,” which was ranked one of the Top 10 Best Networking Courses in the World by the SCI Journal.

Before launching CertPrep Training, I built and led technical training programs at public schools and nonprofit tech academies, helping hundreds of students launch successful careers in IT. I’ve worked hands-on with Cisco hardware and simulation tools like Packet Tracer, and I know what it takes to go from zero to certified—even if you’re starting from scratch.
